A team of 25 Lead Forensics volunteers completed a litter picking walk from Southsea Castle to Eastney beach on Wednesday, collecting discarded items to help improve the local environment.
Even the tiniest piece of litter, when removed from the beach and disposed of correctly, can save marine life and help to protect the environment.
A huge thank you to all of our lovely volunteers who collected litter to make Portsmouth seafront a nicer place to spend time and saved marine life in the process.
We are already planning our next beach cleanup day so keep an eye out for those Lead Forensics branded hi-vis jackets!
As a company we are passionate about giving back to communities both locally and globally, and we encourage our Lead Forensics volunteers to use their charity days to help local causes.
Our recent charity efforts include volunteering at Julia’s House and Naomi House, which are children’s hospices located in Bournemouth and Winchester respectively, and building a school in Zambia with Zambia’s Child.
