The marketing team took on a ‘Hustle’ challenge to raise awareness and donations for Naomi House & Jacksplace.
Each sub-team was armed with a ‘wish list’ and was tasked with getting as many of the items as possible – against the clock.
Items included sensory books and toys, arts and craft supplies and larger items for the hospices to raffle off like vouchers and gift sets.
The teams hit the phones, appealed on Social Media and visited businesses locally to bring in donations.
The Naomi House and Jacksplace hospices provide respite, family support, end of life and bereavement care to more than 525 life-limited children, young adults and their families from across central southern England.
Naomi House & Jacksplace becomes their home from home and they support families 24 hours per day, 365 days a year. It takes £7.5 million a year to run the services and only 10% of this is funded, so fundraising and donations are vital.
